It is that time of year again! Not only is it a great time to sit back and observe The White Girls Of Autumn with their pumpkin spiced fancy coffees, coordinating buffalo plaid outfits, and beautifully curated photos of apple picking and hay rides that probably didn’t actually happen – it’s also a time when the chill and dampness can wreak havoc on joints. Also, let’s face it my little morning glory muffins, if your job involves sitting in front of a computer then raking leaves is bound to be something you’re going to feel the next day. You might be a sore booboo that needs a little rub down.
And now, for all the disclaimers that people never read:
- The star of this blend is the Sweet Birch essential oil. This oil comes with the same precautions as Wintergreen: less than 1% dilution, do not use on children or if you’re pregnant or think you might be pregnant. Do not use if you’re nursing. This oil has the potential to be a dermal sensitizer so if you use it undiluted you may develop contact dermatitis.
- And, as always, this post and the accompanying printable do not constitute medical advice. If you’re suffering in any way, contact your doctor. If you feel your health is threatened, call 9-1-1 immediately.
- Finally, there are affiliate links in the printable. If you click on them, you’ll be taken to Miracle Botanicals, a company that I love. I buy my essential oils and CO2 extracts almost exclusively from them. If you follow the links and make a purchase, I will get a small commission. That money helps to keep this site going so that I can continue to provide this content for you.
- The disclaimers are longer than the blog post!!!
Here is the printable to add to your remedy binder, Book of Shadows, or whatever you plan to keep it in!
